The first thing you must do to return a product is contact us via email: info@logan4x4.com.

You must state you wish to return and product and the reason for return.

The return shipping cost must be covered by the customer. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item)

Products Eligible for Return

You have a total of 30 days to return your goods to our warehouse.

The products must be returned without having any traces of being used or installed. Please ensure that the items are securely packaged in order to prevent any transport damage from occurring.

Indicate the reason for the return of the goods, the name, address and number of the order (in a note to be included in the package).

Return Refunds

As soon as the return package reaches our warehouse - given the 30-day return period is upheld - the payment will be refunded. The following payment options will be credited with the payment corresponding to the returned goods:

• Bank Transfer: Bank account - Please ensure that we are provided with your banking details (IBAN and BIC codes).

• Paypal: Transferred to your Paypal account.

• Credit Card: Transferred to your credit card.
